You can submit a refund requests up to 15 days after your order has been completed and get your full money back, if any of the following situations occur.
Returns & Refund
If you find that a product is not as described or is of low quality, you can contact the seller to resolve these problems (according to the seller’s set of returns guarantees). You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree a partial refund with seller.
1. An item you claim is not as described, but the seller can prove that it is.
2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them (unless the seller offers Easy Returns)
If you agreed with the seller to return your item, please also check the seller’s shipping terms. If the seller pays the return shipping fee, please make sure you first agree on the shipping method and how the seller will pay you back the shipping fee.
If the item you purchased under this guarantee is confirmed to be counterfeit, you will get a full refund (shipping costs included) from the seller.
1. The product you purchased must be labelled as Guaranteed Genuine.
Not all products come with this guarantee. Sellers can choose to offer this extra service, and will most likely do so if they have products belonging to the following categories: fine jewelry, electronic cigarettes, computers, communication devices, consumer electronics, watches, sportswear and accessories.
If you have purchased something but didn’t receive it within the seller’s guaranteed delivery time, you can get a full refund.
1. You didn’t receive your order within the guaranteed delivery time.
All products are guaranteed to be delivered within 60 days (90 days for deliveries to Russia,120 days for deliveries to Brazil). If you buy any product through the site, you are protected if you don’t receive your order on time.
If sellers are using a warehouse which is located in your country, products which fall under this return policy can be returned domestically, as long as they are unused and in the original packaging.

2. The product should be unused and in its original packaging
Refunds do not apply if you did not receive your items and forgot to apply for a refund on time (=on-time delivery date + 15 days).
